For just £270 per couple, enjoy an eight-course seasonal tasting menu in The Pig & Whistle Restaurant with a bottle of house wine to share. Stay overnight in one of our Standard Double bedrooms before tucking into a delicious breakfast the next morning.
We are so proud to work closely with the best local suppliers to offer you a true taste of Lincolnshire’s coastline, fields and skies. Designed by The Lincolnshire Chef and served in our elegant, airy Restaurant, our eight course Tasting Menu (also available as Vegetarian and Gluten-free) celebrates the wonderful produce found right on our doorstep – from field and farm to coast and the catch of the day.
With arrival from 3pm, check in to one of our cosy Standard Double Bedrooms before being seated at your table in the Restaurant for an eight-course feast. Our friendly Front of House team will talk you through the seasonal menu, dish by dish, highlighting the local produce selected by Steven Bennett, executive chef. Choose a bottle of exquisite wine from our carefully-curated wine list; our team will be happy to help you to make your selection.
After a cosy night in one of our standard rooms (with upgrades and dog-friendly rooms available), fuel up for the day ahead with a locally-sourced breakfast (hot and Continental options available) in the Restaurant.
The Seasonal Tasting Menu and Wine Overnight Experience is available on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5 January to 30 April 2024. The price for two is £270, and single occupancy is available at £170.

The Seasonal Tasting Menu and Wine Overnight Experience includes an eight-course Tasting Menu for two people with a bottle of wine (from a choice of over 20 wines), an overnight stay in one of our Standard Double bedrooms and breakfast the following morning, for £270 (worth £330). The rate for single occupancy is £170.
The Tasting Menu and Wine Overnight Experience is available for booking every Friday and Saturday evening between 1 January and 30 April 2024.The Pig & Whistle Tasting Menu changes with the seasons, and is available as Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten-Free. Please inform us of any dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. While our kitchen team can accommodate most dietary requests, we are unable to offer our Tasting Menu experience as both gluten and dairy-free. However, it can be served either gluten-free or dairy-free.
Please note that your Tasting Menu Experience should be booked to start between 6pm – 7.30pm due to the nature of the menu served. Your table will be yours for the whole evening.
Room check in is from 3pm and check out by 11am the following morning. A table reservation for the Restaurant and your preferred time for breakfast the following morning are required upon booking this offer. Room upgrades are available; please contact Reception for further details and pricing.
