Quality ingredients are always at the heart of our menus here at Healing Manor Hotel, and it is through our eight-course Tasting Menu that we really show them off. An experience rather than a meal, this is an evening to savour. On Friday and Saturday nights, in the stunning surroundings of our restaurant, the very best of Lincolnshire will be brought to your table, course after course.
Featuring dishes from our À La Carte Menu with some surprises too, indulge in a delicious dining experience showcasing ingredients from Lincolnshire’s finest growers, makers, producers and fish merchants.
Served in The Pig & Whistle Restaurant on Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm.

£40 per person pre-authorisation is required upon booking for the Tasting Menu. Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to your booking to ensure a refund. Please make sure you inform us of any dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to your booking. Please note that we can only currently serve our Tasting Menu as regular, gluten free, pescatarian or vegetarian. Due to the nature of our menus, dishes are set and dishes can not be substituted without prior notice.

The Seasonal Tasting Menu and Wine Overnight Experience includes an eight-course Tasting Menu for two people with a bottle of wine (from a choice of over 20 wines), an overnight stay in one of our Standard Double bedrooms and breakfast the following morning, for £270. The rate for single occupancy is £170.
