The Tasting Menu at Healing Manor

At Healing Manor Hotel, dining is more than a meal – it’s an experience. Our Tasting Menu is a celebration of creativity and flavour, crafted by our award-winning chefs at The Pig & Whistle. Each course tells a story of Lincolnshire’s finest seasonal produce, reimagined with modern flair, and presented with the polish and warmth you’d expect from one of the region’s leading dining destinations.

A Journey Through Flavour

Designed to showcase the very best of the season, our Tasting Menu takes you on a culinary journey through multiple courses of carefully considered dishes. From locally reared meats and freshly landed seafood to vibrant vegetarian creations, every plate reflects our commitment to sustainability, provenance, and uncompromising quality.

The seven course Tasting Menu is £90 per person, with a paired Drinks Flight available at £49 per person. The Tasting Menu is served every Friday and Saturday, with table reservations available between 6pm – 7.30pm.

For groups, we also offer private dining options in The Cure All, allowing you to enjoy the experience in your own exclusive setting.

Tasting Menu – Terms & Conditions

  • Please read our standard Booking Terms and Conditions and Dog-friendly Policy here.
  • A £40 per person pre-authorisation is required to secure your Tasting Menu booking.
  • Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. If cancellation is received within this timeframe, your pre-authorisation will not be charged. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will be charged at the £40 pre-authorisation charge.
  • Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 48 hours prior to your booking by emailing reception@healingmanorhotel.co.uk.
  • Our Tasting Menu is available in the following variations: Regular, Gluten-free, Pescatarian or Vegetarian.
  • Due to the nature of our menus, dishes are set and cannot be substituted without prior notice.
  • Bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability.
