On Friday 3 and Saturday 4 March, we played host to a Spring Wedding Fair in our historic Wedding Barn. Beautifully decorated by wedding stylist Jack Loves Jill, the Barn was staged for a romantic ceremony and reception, with light-up slogans, candles, draping and tableware. Setting the tone for a warm and welcoming reception were the exquisite flowers from The Enchanted Garden Grimsby, combining fresh white, peach and orange tones with deep foliage, evoking gardens bursting into life in the Spring.
We loved welcoming prospective couples to explore the wedding barn and our beautiful grounds, and several local wedding partners had stands to showcase their services. There was a display of some gorgeous gowns from Naomi Bridal Boutique whilst Lauren of LC Makeup Artistry was on hand with details of her wedding make-up services, designed to make every bride feel the best version of themselves.
Creating a lovely atmosphere for our guests to browse the spring wedding fair was live music from singer and guitarist Sam Simmons whilst JK Magician was up to his usual mischief, performing tricks and magic.
Two wonderful photographers, Photography by Roberta and James Williams Photography, were on hand to talk about their wedding packages.
Whilst Emma Lane Designs had a display of some of her most popular and fun garden games, The Modern Castle set up their super-fun modern bouncy castle, sure to inject a load of energy into your wedding celebrations. A Booth and Beyond also brought some of their props, a great way for your guests to record special memories and moments for you to enjoy post-reception.
