Tasha and Connor celebrated their summer Marvel wedding with nods to their favourite fiction movies throughout their whole day. Their wedding was celebrated in the Barn with Civil Ceremony, followed by drinks in the courtyard and a sit down wedding breakfast.

The super talented Amy from Jack Loves Jill created a spider web arch as a nod to Spiderman, with fairy lights and greenery. This was also replicated for the backdrop for the top table.
Tables in the main room were decorated with beautiful flowers by Treasured Bouquets and characters from the couples favourite films to add to the Marvel wedding theme.
Whilst Tasha and her bridesmaids spent the morning getting ready in the Boathouse Bridal suite, Connor and his groomsmen enjoyed some pre-wedding beers in our onsite pub, the Pig & Whistle.
Following on from their intimate ceremony with family and friends, the couple treated guests to an arrival drink with Peroni for the Gents and G&T’s for the ladies. We served Brockmans and tonic with dehydrated grapefruit and berries.
Tasha and her bridesmaid’s beautiful bouquet, crafted by Sarah from Treasured Bouquets was a beautiful array of pops of colour which fitted in perfectly with their Marvel wedding theme. Delicate silk ribbons adorned Tasha’s bouquet.
Tasha and Connor’s Marvel wedding wouldn’t have been complete without these spectacular cakes by Lacey Cakes. Their wedding cake was a 4 tiers white cake with a mixture of different flavoured sponges. The topper was miniature edible characters of Tasha, Connor and their dog. As a surprise for guests the back was decorate with a Spiderman theme, completely hidden away, until the cake was turned around.
After the newlywed couples first dance and cutting of the cake, evening guests enjoyed more food and danced the night away in the chapel, enjoying plenty more g&t’s and glasses of fizz.
