Autumn Tasting Menu, With a Night to Stay
This Autumn, join us at The Pig & Whistle for our new seasonal Tasting Menu – and stay the night with us at Healing Manor Hotel as part of the experience.
Two Rosette-standard, chef-led dining using produce grown in our own grounds and sourced from Lincolnshire’s growers, makers and fish merchants, followed by a night’s sleep here in the Lincolnshire countryside. Available on four select dates only this September and October.

The Autumn Tasting Menu
Our new Autumn Tasting Menu at The Pig & Whistle is an eight-course, chef-led menu — from field to fork and sea to plate. A Vegetarian Tasting Menu and a Pescatarian Tasting Menu are also available, and dishes can be adapted for gluten-free diets. Do I need to pay in full when I book?
Yes, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your date.
Can I change my date once booked?
No – dates cannot be changed once confirmed, due to limited availability on each of the four evenings.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are charged in full, unless another date on which this offer is available can be offered to you instead.
I have dietary requirements – what should I do?
Please let us know at the time of booking. All dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 72 hours before your visit. Regular, gluten-free, vegetarian and pescatarian menus are available; dishes on each menu are set and cannot be substituted.
