Terms & Conditions for Christmas Afternoon Tea with Santa

Date: Monday 21 December, Tuesday 22 December & Thursday 24 December, 1pm-4pm

1. Tickets & PricingChildren’s tickets: £20 per child (ages 1–14).

  • Adult tickets: £35 per adult.
  • Babies under the age of 1 are welcome free of charge. Please note this event is designed for children aged 1 and over.
  • Tickets are sold in advance via Design My Night. Booking fees may apply.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. What’s Included

Children (£20 per child):

  • Storytime with Santa
  • Christmas crafting session
  • Letter writing to the North Pole
  • Festive afternoon tea
  • A small gift from Santa
  • Hot chocolate or a soft drink

Adults (£35 per adult):

  • Festive afternoon tea
  • Tea, coffee, or hot chocolate
  • A chilled glass of fizz on arrival

3. Arrival & Timings

  • Arrivals are staggered between 1:00pm and 1:45pm. Your specific arrival time will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • The event runs until approximately 4:00pm.
  • Santa will be in residence from 2:00pm.
  • We kindly ask that all guests arrive at their allocated arrival time to ensure the smoothest experience for everyone.

4. Dietary Requirements

We are happy to accommodate a range of dietary requirements, including regular, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. If you or any member of your party has a dietary requirement or allergy, please notify us at least 72 hours before your event date by emailing events@healingmanorhotel.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that late requests will be accommodated.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
  • In the event that you are unable to attend, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Healing Manor Hotel reserves the right to alter or cancel the event in circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by Healing Manor Hotel, all ticket holders will be contacted directly and a full refund issued.

6. Santa’s Sleigh Clause

Healing Manor Hotel works with the very finest Santas in the North. However, as with all things in December, reindeer can occasionally cause minor logistical challenges. In the unlikely event that Santa is temporarily delayed by weather, navigational difficulties, or an unscheduled mince pie stop, our team will ensure the event continues to run smoothly. No refunds will be issued for delays of a purely festive nature.

7. General Terms

  • Menus and event details may be subject to minor changes. We will always endeavour to notify guests of any significant amendments in advance.
  • Healing Manor Hotel reserves the right to ask any guest to leave whose behaviour is deemed disruptive to the enjoyment of others.
  • This event takes place within a licensed venue. Alcohol is available to guests aged 18 and over only.
  • Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Photography is welcomed and encouraged. By attending, guests consent to being included in photography taken for Healing Manor Hotel’s promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be included, please notify a member of the team on arrival.
  • Healing Manor Hotel accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event, except where required by law.
