Hannah and Ayrton celebrated their love with a beautifully modern, fully vegan summer wedding at Healing Manor.
Their day was filled with joy, elegant details, and personal touches that reflected their values and shared sense of style.

The Morning Preparations
The day began with excitement as Hannah and her bridal party got ready in the Manor’s charming rooms. Unity Rhodes Bridal worked their magic on hair, creating an effortlessly romantic style that complemented Hannah’s look perfectly, while Hayley Louise Beauty created a flawless, glowing bridal makeup look.
Their chosen florist and venue stylist, Ambience Venue Styling Lincolnshire, transformed the spaces with soft, elegant florals and beautifully styled décor. Lush greenery and delicate white blooms filled the ceremony room, creating a calm, natural atmosphere that tied in perfectly with the couple’s vegan theme and love for the outdoors.
Meanwhile, James Green Studios and wedding videographer Ione Collins were on hand to capture every detail – from the anticipation of the morning to the laughter shared between friends. Their photography and videography beautifully told the story of a relaxed and joy-filled day.
The Ceremony
The ceremony was truly magical. As Taylor Swift’s ‘Enchanted’ began to play, Hannah walked down the aisle to meet Ayrton. Surrounded by family and friends, they exchanged heartfelt vows, promising to grow together through life’s adventures.
When the registrar announced them as husband and wife, Coldplay’s ‘feelslikeimfallinginlove’ played as they walked hand in hand back down the aisle – the perfect joyful moment to mark the start of their next chapter.
The Celebration
Guests then gathered to enjoy an array of exquisite vegan canapés, crafted by The Pig & Whistle chefs. The selection included Heritage Tomatoes with vegan mozzarella and olive crumb, Compressed Watermelon with vegan cheese mousse and dill, and Potato with asparagus and pesto – all bursting with colour and summer freshness. The couple celebrated their union with a perfect pour, their champagne tower kicking off the party in style.
For the wedding breakfast, Hannah and Ayrton chose a fully vegan menu that showcased flavour and creativity. Guests were treated to Bruschetta with Heritage Tomatoes or Cream of Leek Soup with crispy leeks to start, followed by Mushroom Wellington with creamed potato and roasted carrots, Tomato Gnocchi with basil pesto, or Mushroom Risotto.
Dessert was one of three indulgent vegan delights: Chocolate Cake with coconut cream and berries, Raspberry Cheesecake with coulis, or a vegan Cheesecake. Every plate was a celebration of delicious, seasonal dining, and proof that plant-based food can be both elegant and comforting.
In the evening, guests enjoyed a Posh Dog Station – a fun and relaxed addition that kept everyone fuelled for dancing the night away. There was also, of course, a tiered vegan wedding cake courtesy of Kind Cake Co..
His & Hers Cocktails
Adding a fun and personal touch to their reception, Hannah and Ayrton created signature His & Hers cocktails for their guests to enjoy. The ‘Her’ cocktail was a refreshing Elderflower Spritz – gin with elderflower and a choice of lemonade or soda, whilst the ‘His’ cocktail was a rich and indulgent Espresso Martini. Both were firm favourites at the bar throughout the night!
Entertainment & Atmosphere
Emma Lane Designs set up charming garden games that kept guests entertained in the sunshine during the afternoon, while live music added an unforgettable atmosphere to the evening. Martin Robinson aka Mr Sax’s smooth saxophone set the tone with soulful melodies, and Emily Harding, known as the Yorkshire Violinist, played beautifully during the ceremony – a magical moment that filled the venue with energy and emotion.
As the evening drew in, James Green Studios and Ione Collins captured stunning golden-hour moments around Healing Manor’s picturesque grounds – the perfect setting for romantic portraits.
The Evening & First Dance
As night fell, Hannah and Ayrton took to the dance floor for their first dance to ‘Still The One’ by Shania Twain. Surrounded by their loved ones, it was a moment of pure happiness – the perfect close to a day that celebrated not just their love, but their shared values and joy for life.
A Perfect Day to Remember
Every element of Hannah and Ayrton’s day reflected who they are – thoughtful, joyful, and full of love. With incredible music, a completely vegan feast, and the stunning backdrop of Healing Manor, their celebration was one to remember.
