Front of House Restaurant Manager – Full time – A minimum of 40 hours over 4 days.

The Front of House Restaurant Manager at Healing Manor Hotel will lead a team of hard working, customer focused, sales driven, polite and welcoming individuals. You will be responsible for providing some of the best customer service in Lincolnshire within The Pig & Whistle and Portman Restaurant.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a team and leading in a customer facing role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and customer service and will go above and beyond to ensure that the customers experience is above all, the main priority.

Please note, that whilst this role is for a Front of House Restaurant Manager. Whilst you will be the face for The Pig & Whistle and Portman Restaurant, on occasions you may work alongside the Front of House Events Manager and Events Co-ordinator.

Hours – 40-hour contract, however please note that working weeks may vary up to 48 hours.

Day – 4 days per week minimum. Please note that weekend and evening work is required

Good hourly pay with additional bonuses and incentives.

Operations Admin Co-ordinator – Part Time – A minimum of 12 hours over a minimum of 2 days.

With an embedded ethos and passion to support the community around us, the food we serve is locally sourced, seasonal and comes from independent growers, makers and producers. Healing Manor Hotel is home to 37 uniquely designed bedroom, set in 36 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, boasts two function rooms, a private dining room, award-winning pub and restaurant.

You will be hardworking and focused, with an attention to detail, you will be courteous and have some customer facing experience. You will have experience and an understanding of spreadsheets, with the ability to learn new technology and systems. You will understand health and safety and preferably have first aid training.

With over 100 unique weddings and events booked each year, and award-winning pub The Pig & Whistle, you will be responsible for managing all front of house relevant systems, budgeting and rotas.

Hours – 12 over 2/3 days per week. Please note that some weekend work will be required.

Chef de Partie

We are looking for a passionate, hard working and flexible Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen Team. You will form a part of our incredible team, working with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. You will work to a 2 Rosette standard.

Please note that evening and weekend work will be required.

Competitive hourly pay with additional incentives.
