We’re making this New Year’s Eve one to remember with an exclusive New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu, served in The Pig & Whistle Restaurant on 31 December 2023. Celebrate the dawning of a New Year in style as we serve you a celebratory eight-course ‘Farm and Sea’ menu, specially created for the evening by Steven Bennett, aka The Lincolnshire Chef.
As ever in The Pig & Whistle Restaurant, this sumptuous New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu is packed with local, seasonal flavours from the surrounding Lincolnshire countryside and coastline. You’ll be greeted with a selection of canapés to whet your appetite before sampling the best that the local area has to offer, in true field to fork style. Throughout the evening, enjoy lounge music from our in-house singer Fidan.

Why not extend your celebrations and stay for the night? Our exclusive New Year’s Eve overnight offer includes the New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu for two, an overnight stay in a standard courtyard double and breakfast on New Year’s Day, from £290 per couple.
We are so excited to welcome you to our restaurant to celebrate the New Year, and our ‘Farm and Sea’ Tasting Menu is the most perfect way to support the local producers and suppliers who work tirelessly throughout the year to create top-quality ingredients that supply our kitchens.
Fancy something more informal? Our Bar will be open from 6pm, where we will be serving our Winter Bar and À La Carte menus, with a disco and dancing from 9pm. Table bookings are essential for this night to remember!

Terms & Conditions
Please note that a non-refundable deposit of £40 per person is required at the time of booking. Full payment of the final balance and dietary requirements will be required six weeks before the event: 19th November 2023.
Please note that if you need to cancel your table reservation, your deposit as is non-refundable. Bookings can be transferred, however if this is done less than 10 days before the event, food choices will need to remain the same.
Our Tasting Menu has been carefully selected and locally sourced to offer the best dining experience. Unfortunately we can only accommodate dietary requests rather than personal taste.
You can pre-order wine, Prosecco or Champagne for your New Year toast. Please speak to a member of the Guest Services team on booking, should you wish to order this in advance.
Bookings are charged at £95.00 per head to include a world class Tasting Menu, background music and entertainment.
Should you wish to stay the night whilst we see the New Year in with a bang, bedrooms are available at the following discounted rates:
Standard Bedrooms from- £290.00 per couple, including tasting menu for two.
Executive Bedrooms from- £300.00 per couple, including tasting menu for two.
Luxury Bedrooms from- £345.00 per couple, including tasting menu for two.
Suites from- £370.00 per couple, including tasting menu for two.
All room rates include a delicious breakfast the following morning.
For all bedroom reservations, a card is needed to guarantee the booking. Our hotel operates on a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should bedrooms be cancelled outside this policy, full payment will be required and charged. Dog-friendly bedrooms are available. However, dogs are not permitted within the Restaurant.
We welcome gift vouchers to be utilised for this event. To use your gift voucher, we request a card guarantee of £95.00 per person to be made upon booking, along with your voucher reference code and expiry date. You must present your in-date gift voucher upon settling your drinks bill on the evening, otherwise you will be charged in full. Please note that the cancellation policy still stands, and if you need to cancel your booking at any point, the card provided will be charged in full of the £95.00 per person.
